The hotel location couldn’t be better with the bus station just steps away, being directly opposite to it. the convenience for travelling is top-notch and can't be beat. the breakfast options were quite good and the staff was polite and hospitable – making the stay more pleasant.

The hotel lacks good coordination and foresight when it comes to deploying facilities and services, which could be problematic with certain needs.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the main bus station and we could easily get transportation to explore the city. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, and they ensured that we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of options for us to choose from. we were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities at this hotel.

Good food and clean rooms. The location is also convenient as it’s close to the bus stop and easy to find. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. Plus, there's a good veggie restaurant nearby.

The maintenance of the hotel needs improvement. Fixtures throughout the hotel, including our room, were loose and in need of repair.

The location was perfect for our needs, situated right next to a bus stand and highway. the clean rooms and toilets were a major plus, making our stay very comfortable. the round the clock room service was amazing. Despite being delayed, we could still order club sandwiches and tea from the menu at midnight.

The rooms were a bit small for families, especially the bathrooms. Finding light switches around the room was like a treasure hunt.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionist to the cleaner, everyone was friendly and attentive. Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, the staff here didn't expect to be tipped for every little thing they did. They genuinely cared about my satisfaction and comfort. The location of this place couldn't be better, as it is right next to the main bus station. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the dining restaurant and the delicious breakfast they served.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff going out of their way. No expectation of tips. Great location near Vytilla hub. Fabulous room and amenities. class staff and restaurant. Memorable first trip to Kerala.
